I offer health packages, as opposed to one-off sessions, since working through specific health issues, implementing changes, and seeing results takes time, especially where clients have been struggling with health concerns for some time. Through regular check-in calls, and by integrating health coaching into my practice, I am able to offer guidance, support, and accountability, needed to implement dietary and lifestyle changes effectively. What’s included:

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire, including 3-day food diary analysis

  • Comprehensive health history taking 

  • Personalised nutrition and health plans

  • Initial consultation (75-90 mins) online

  • Follow ups (up to 45 mins) online (number depends on package)

  • Clinical testing recommendations, where appropriate, and interpretation of results  

  • GP consultant letters, as required

  • Referrals to other health practitioners, as required

  • Email support in between sessions

  • I will provide you with delicious recipes and helpful resources 

  • Access to the Better App so you have your plans, documents, test results and recipes in your pocket

  • Ability to log your food and mood for review and feedback between appointments

  • Nutritional supplement recommendations, if appropriate

  • 10% discount on quality supplements

Packages include my time researching and working on your case behind the scenes: interpreting any GP or functional test results, checking drug-nutrient interactions and writing health plans. The cost of any recommended private conventional and functional testing and nutritional supplements is not included.
