Struggling with fatigue and brain fog? Frustrated by mid-life weight gain and digestive issues creating stress around food?
You don’t have to accept this as “normal”. By getting to the root cause of your symptoms, I can help you find out what your body truly needs, so you can build lasting habits and restore your health with personalised nutrition.
It’s time to feel like you again
I support women for whom maintaining good health has become an uphill struggle, leaving them with more questions than answers. Many have had numerous blood tests and other investigations, with still no better understanding of their causes, because everything came back as ‘normal’, or ‘normal for their age’. Others have a diagnosis, but aren’t feeling any better with their treatment, often experiencing side-effects and they’re are looking for support beyond simply taking medication. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Getting your health back on track
My purpose as a nutritional therapist is to take a detailed case history, including diet and lifestyle, and use both functional and conventional laboratory testing, to get a better understanding of the what is driving your symptoms. Based on this, we’ll create a personalised health plan to help you feel your best again.
I help clients who are struggling with:
Digestive issues – bloating, constipation, acid reflux
Low energy, brain fog, feeling sluggish
Insomnia, night-wakings
Weight issues
Sugar cravings
High blood pressure
Hair loss, brittle nails
Joint pain
Persistent UTI’s
Chronic headaches
Concerns about type 2 diabetes
Mood issues – anxiety, depression, irritability
Immune issues – frequent illness, food sensitivities, allergies

Hi, I’m Leticia
I’m a BANT registered nutritional therapy practitioner, dedicated to help you uncover and address the root causes of your health concerns.
Struggling with my own health issues, over the years, I experienced firsthand the healing power of nutrition and life-style medicine. This inspired me to retrain as a nutritional therapist, passionate about helping other women find the answers to transform their health.
Having spent 4 years studying nutrition, I graduated from London’s Institute for Optimum Nutrition with a distinction. She is a certified member of both The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
My approach is positive and practical: I believe looking after you health should feel empowering and enjoyable. Food should nourish your body, support your wellbeing, and still be a joy to eat. I focus on variety over restriction, and provide the tools you need to create lasting results without overwhelm.

“Nearly 6 months later, the transformation in my health has been remarkable”
After struggling with ongoing health issues for nine months, I finally decided to seek help from a nutritionist — and I’m so grateful I found Leticia. I had developed a chronic cough from severe hay fever, which then progressed into a hypersensitivity. After three rounds of antibiotics and steroids, my gut health was in a terrible state, and mentally I felt completely depleted.
From the very beginning, Leticia took the time to truly listen. Some of my symptoms she understood immediately; others she researched in depth, and it was clear she approached every detail with care and thoroughness. She guided me through an initial four‑week dietary plan and recommended targeted supplements to support my recovery. As we went along, she adjusted the plan thoughtfully based on how my body responded.
I had countless questions throughout the process, and Leticia was endlessly patient, always responding with clarity and reassurance.
Nearly six months later, the transformation in my health has been remarkable. Most of my symptoms have disappeared entirely, and the few that remain are now completely manageable. Working with Leticia has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m incredibly grateful for her dedication, expertise, and the genuine effort she put into helping me regain my health.
I recommend her wholeheartedly.
