My ’Thriving in Perimenopause’ webinar unravels the perimenopause and beyond; it  informs and empowers women to support their health during this transitional phase,  with practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Menopause is a significant life stage affecting many women, and its numerous symptoms can impact both physiological and emotional wellbeing. It is also a critical window for women’s health. It is a time when our body is recalibrating, vulnerable, and when small health niggles, if unaddressed, can turn into more serious health issues further down the line. Fortunately, these can be mitigated by simple dietary and life-style changes.

Perimenopause can start as early as age 35 and as many as 10% women in the UK have early menopause, between 40-45. So, this is the perfect time to take proactive steps to make this life stage as symptom-free as possible and ensure heathy ageing. 

 The webinar will last around 35 minutes, followed by a short Q&A, where I will answer any questions that have come up.
