I help women get back to feeling their best and thrive with personalised nutrition.
By getting to the root cause of your symptoms, I can help you understand what your body needs - so you can feel better, build lasting habits and take charge of your health with confidence.
It’s time to feel like you again
I support women for whom maintaining good health has become an uphill struggle, leaving them with more questions than answers. Many have had numerous blood tests and other investigations, with still no better understanding of their causes, because everything came back as ‘normal’, or ‘normal for their age’. Others have a diagnosis, but aren’t feeling any better with their treatment, often experiencing side-effects and they’re are looking for support beyond simply taking medication. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Getting your health back on track
My purpose as a nutritional therapist is to explore, in-depth, your diet and lifestyle, thoroughly review your symptoms, and, if needed, recommend laboratory testing, to get a better understanding of the underlying imbalances in a variety of body systems. Based on this, we will create an evidence-based personalised health plan to help you get your health back on track.
I help clients who are struggling with:
Digestive issues – bloating, constipation, acid reflux
Low energy, brain fog, feeling sluggish
Insomnia, night-wakings
Weight issues
Sugar cravings
High blood pressure
Hair loss, brittle nails
Joint pain
Persistent UTI’s
Chronic headaches
Concerns about type 2 diabetes
Mood issues – anxiety, depression, irritability
Immune issues – frequent illness, food sensitivities, allergies

Meet Leticia
Hello, I’m a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, dedicated to help you uncover and address the root causes of your health concerns.
Struggling with my own health issues, over the years, I experienced firsthand the healing power of nutrition and life-style medicine. This inspired me to retrain as a nutritional therapist, passionate about helping other women find the answers to transform their health.
Having spent 4 years studying nutrition, I graduated from London’s Institute for Optimum Nutrition with a distinction. She is a certified member of both The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
My approach is positive and practical—good food should nourish, promote wellness, and be a joy to eat. I focus on variety over restriction and provide the tools you need to make sustainable lifestyle changes, including recipes, meal plans, and actionable steps tailored to you. Where needed, I use functional and conventional testing to uncover root causes and create targeted nutrition plans.
However, health is about more than food, so I also look at lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and physical activity to help you achieve lasting results. Learn more about me.

“Leticia has an easy, friendly manner and is stacked with good advice!
I came to Leticia for help in improving my arthritis and psoriasis through diet, as well as long-term weight management. She helped me rebalance my blood sugars, reducing my need for snacking in between meals, by making simple tweaks to my diet, which I have easily been able to incorporate into my family life. As a result, my inflammation reduced and symptoms improved, with sustainable weight loss. I have suggested Leticia to many of my friends.”
